The HEUSS transformer and rectifier unit is a power supply that meets the requirements of a safety transformer (SELV / PELV) according to DIN EN 61558-2-6.
This can be used both to drive 42VAC HEUSS stop magnets and conventional DC loads.
This unit will be delivered in a steel housing with wall-mounting brackets.
Screw-in cable glands at the bottom allow strain-relieved insertion of conductors.
At the bottom there are phase failure indicators, which also allow an electrical layperson to determine by mere visual contact whether a primary side phase has failed.
Primary and secondary side fuses allow proper connections to your instrument.

400mm x 300mm x 200mm: 42V + 12/14/16V 5 + 5 to 5 + 20A and 42V + 24/26/28V 5 + 5 to 5 + 20A
600mm x 400mm x 200mm: 42V + 12/14/16V 5 + 30 to 45 + 60V and 42V + 24/26/28V 5 + 30 to 40 + 30A
800mm x 600mm x 250mm: 42V + 24/28 / 28V 40 + 35 to 50 + 30A
To calculate the current requirement of the 3x42V sliderl motors, you can calculate 1A per motor (not per stop) incl. the necessary safety pole resistance and then round up to the next "step".
For 12 motors, for example, it would be 12x1A = 12A, rounded up to the next "step" is 15A required.
