Direct pallet magnets

Surface galvanized, axle made of stainless steel, with spark arrester. For the direct control of pneumatic windchests, multiplex and unit windchests and stop relays. Low noise gear, with brass bearings.

The pallet disc is pivotally mounted by a ball head and thus fits optimally to the windchest.

The ball head makes it also possible, by simply removing the pallet disc to equip each magnet with each other diameter of a pallet disc. Thus, later cleaning or replacement is greatly facilitated.

The position of the pallet disc to the anchor is adjustable by threads and thus allows to regulate the anchor in an optimal position to the core and the magnet can pull with maximum force.
