Slider action motor - revision
Revision of the HEUSS slider action motor of your organ.
You disassemble the motors and send them us to.
The following works are performed:
- cleaning
- re-grease
- Replace ball bearings
- Replace felts
- Replace the mounting bracket with limit switches (including circuit with variant with 5 soldering contacts)
- Replace the spindle (except for the "needle thread" series approximate serial number: 20,000 - 71,000)
- Drilling a thermal switch into the motor housing (only with 5 solder contacts variant)
Incl. 1 pc. Motor covering, for touch protection.
The new version of the circuit board now has push-in terminals instead of the old silver solder contacts.
These are suitable for a cable connection cross-section of up to 2.5mm².
In the variant with 6 solder contacts there is a separate control card cabinet in the organ, which should be equipped with new cards.
See "Accessories".
We recommend for your instrument a new power supply with 42 3AC which complies with the safety extra-low voltage regulations.
In the case of outdated control cards (variant with 5 solder contacts), it is possible to control both with 14VDC and with 24VDC.
For the variant with control card cabinet (variant with 6 solder contacts), the boards must be ordered for either 14VDC or 24VDC.
In the variant with control card cabinet (variant with 6 solder contacts) there was a change in the board thickness in 1997/1998. Please order the necessary board thickness for your organ. (Before 1997/1998 2mm, after 1997/1998 1,6mm)
No new slider action motors will be built.
