PLC - setter and coupler - according to customer requirements

The HEUSS-PLC is an advanced control system for the setting and/or coupling functions of your organ. This control system is based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) and is custom-designed and programmed for you in-house by trained organ builders who are also programmers.

Almost any request can be taken into account and implemented in your system. We obtain the hardware from our partner WAGO to ensure the highest quality.

With the PLC, several organ movements or mobile consoles distributed throughout the church are just as possible as individual compact central setting units. All cables can be connected easily and without soldering using spring-loaded terminals. Plugs enable prewiring in the workshop and quick connection on site. LED displays show the status of the inputs and outputs.

Our systems are comprehensively prepared so that you are on the safe side. A complete safety concept is implemented. The outputs are protected by fuses and/or short-circuit-proof, power-limited drivers. The internal cabling is protected by means of prepared input fuses.

The size of the control unit varies depending on the size of the organ and is supplied on an antistatic plate.
